The property is located in a rural protected area between the villages of Santa Gertrudis, San Mateo and San Rafael and offers a view over the hills and the valley. Situated on a 15,000 m2 plot, this finca has a living area of 350 m2 on one level. Simply decorated, giving a very cozy touch, the house offers absolute privacy Ideal for nature lovers, families with children in search of peace and relaxation.

The last stretch of access to the villa is not paved, so we recommend renting a vehicle since taxis do not usually want to go through dirt roads.
