Gite Florence est un appartement indépendant entièrement équipé en rez-de-chaussée avec accès privatif, situé au bord de la rivière Vernazobre, situé à Combejean, commune de Pierrerue, à 6 minutes en voiture, 25 minutes à pied ou 15 minutes à vélo de Saint Chinian. et ses installations. A 30 minutes des plages de la Méditerranée. Nous sommes à 40 minutes de l'aéroport de Béziers et à un peu plus d'1 heure de Montpellier ou Carcassonne et leurs aéroports.
Le Gîte Florence possède son propre parking hors route. En face se descendant des marches vers un jardin, une position tranquille et privée pour se détendre, manger ou nager. Il y a une piscine pour profiter et il peut être possible de nager dans la rivière. Nous disposons d'un local à vélos si vous souhaitez voyager avec vos propres vélos ou la location est disponible à proximité. Il est possible de pêcher au bord de la rivière les petits poissons (permis de pêche disponibles sur place) ou à 5 minutes il y a des poissons plus gros.
La maison a été construite dans les années 1800 et possède encore la cuve à vin de l'époque où elle était une maison vigneronne. Il était également un café pendant la guerre et un bar/restaurant dans les années 1970 et 1980. Ses parois épaisses maintiennent une température ambiante agréable même pendant les journées les plus chaudes.
Nous sommes parfaitement situés au cœur du vignoble de Saint Chinian, aux confins du Parc Naturel du Languedoc, des montagnes et des plages de la Méditerranée. Avec le beau temps d'avril à octobre, toute la région est très populaire pour la marche, l'exploration, le vin et le vélo, de nombreuses compétitions sont organisées localement et le Tour de France est un visiteur fréquent dans la région. et des vélos peuvent être loués auprès d'un fournisseur local. Depuis St Chinian, des services de bus peuvent vous emmener vers d’autres destinations de la région.
