With brand new appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher, the Kitchen is fully equipped for staying in to dine - dishware, cookware, tableware included. The Dining Area has a table for 4. The Living Area has comfortable seating (brand new reclining sofa and loveseat) and a huge flat screen TV. There's brand new vinyl wood plank flooring which is so comfortable underfoot and several ceiling fan which allows you the option of turning off the A/C, opening up the front door and sliding glass doors and enjoy the Gulf breezes. The sliding glass doors at one end of the open floor space bring in the glorious sunlight and lead to a Screened In Lanai where you can relax for hours. Perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee while you plan your day on the island or that glass of wine at the end of the day as you take in the sunset.
There's a King-Sized Bed dressed in fresh linens in the Master Bedroom En Suite, which also has its own TV for late night viewing and a private Lanai access. The Master Bath features a Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has two very comfortable Twin Beds with a Guest Bath right next door.
There is ample parking, an elevator, free WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience - no going home with dirty laundry!

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
