Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home, STL Cozy Stay! You will have the entire apartment to yourself. You will love how centrally located the home is to all that downtown has to offer and the St. Louis area! Close to Union Station, Blues and Cardinal games, The St Louis Wheel, all of the museums and Zoo, Aquarium, new City SC stadium and so much more! Amazing kitchen! New mattress! One king size bed and one queen. Close to a lot of amazing restaurants.
This home is super comfy, a lot of blankets and pillows. It is family and dog friendly (sorry it is not child proof). Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs. $25 pet fee per dog per stay. 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed with newer mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. Common shared front and back yard. 2 decks.
Self check in. Guest will receive instructions the day before check in which will include a code to access the home.
Other things to note:
There is a doorbell camera and some exterior cameras as well as motion detector flood lights. There are no interior cameras. NO parties, smoking (including e-cigarettes or 420) and no firearms allowed. I have a zero tolerance on partying and smoking. When you check out if the home smells like smoke then there will be a $500 fine as it takes days to air out. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is more than 4 people, partying or smoking.
