Located on the popular Ocean View Drive in Avon, this beach escape offers endless panoramic views of the pristine Cape Hatteras National Seashore and is just a short walk or bike ride away from the grocery store, bank, restaurants, and shops. There is a large open drive for plenty of additional parking. There is a propane grill located on the top sundeck facing the ocean, an awesome setting for a cookout. You'll also find WiFi and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Level one consists of three bedrooms, all of which offer an ocean view, plus two baths. Bedroom one has a queen bed and TV, room two is a king primary with a full bathroom and TV, and room three has two single beds and a TV. Bathroom two is located in the hallway.
As you ascend to the top floor, you'll be greeted by a charming living room with comfortable furniture and a spectacular ocean view. Sliding glass doors lead to a fully furnished sundeck overlooking the beach. The dining room sits next to the living room, also with an ocean view and sliding glass doors to the sundeck.
