The house, of 110 m² distributed on one floor within a plot of 1100 m², has all the accessories to make your stay as comfortable as possible, (barbecue, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, stove, rustic oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, orange squeezer, etc.). It is provided with two fully equipped bathrooms next to two large bedrooms with their corresponding wardrobes.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 1.80x2 m. and the other has two bunk beds where they can sleep up to 6 people, 4 in the two beds below and 2 in the ones above.
From the large living room-kitchen, we access on one side a terrace overlooking the private pool (5.5 x 12 meters) and its corresponding terrace-solarium, with sun beds and umbrellas. And on the other side to a mini basketball court and parking.

The neighborhood
The house is located in the north of the island, in a small urbanization in the valley of Crestatx, which belongs to sa Pobla, on the road from Sa Pobla to Pollença, where there is also the Oratory of Crestatx, of medieval origin. Its location allows you to go to other places of interest in Mallorca quickly and easily by car. If you want to use public transport, the Sa Pobla train station (the nearest one) is located about 3.5 km away. There is also a bus stop at the entrance of the urbanization about 700 m. of the house.
The closest town to the house is Sa Pobla, a tourist town where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants, from traditional food to Chinese food, Italian food, etc. It should be noted that on Sundays there is a local market where you can buy all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables.
During the months of July and August there are different cultural activities: Jazz Festival, Rock Concerts, Popular Festivals etc.
The nearest beaches are: Playas de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. They are beaches that are worth visiting. If you want rocky beaches, we recommend Cala Sant Vicenç.
