Situated in a quiet neighborhood, Frank's is sure to offer you the R&R you've been craving! Outdoor seating set up on the front patio as well as a large fenced in backyard which offers a charcoal grill, fire pit and deck with outdoor dinette. Set back off the road with a paved driveway which offers plenty of parking. Guests also have access to small attached garage perfect for motorcycles, bikes or golf carts. This home offers 2 bedrooms- 1 with king size bed (2- twin XL) and the other with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms and living area have large flat screen TVs with HULU Live. The living room offers enough seating for everyone and an automatic reclining sofa! The kitchen offers an eat-in bar style dining area. Fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs including pots, pans, dishes, toaster and standard drip style coffee maker. Washer and dryer available for guests use during their stay.
Frank's also offers wheelchair accessibility! Wheelchair accessible doorways, hallways and entrance! This home is all one level offering an entrances with no steps.
Starter pack provided for guest- 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags. Dish, hand soap and basic cleaning supplies are available in the unit for your use. Should you need more during your stay the closest store is located just down the road.
