This double-storey family home is the ultimate entertainer, just a few min's drive to St Andrew's Beach and less than a 10-minute walk. This lovely home has stunning celestial windows in the kitchen and family living area and backs onto the St Andrews Beach golf course.

THE SPACE
Upon entering, you will find yourself in the heart of the home, where the sunlit kitchen and dining area take center stage, accompanied by a two living spaces. The kitchen, strategically positioned between the two living zones, serves as the vibrant nucleus.
The house has three bedrooms, with the master featuring a walk-in robe and a modern ensuite with underfloor heating. Serving as the focal point, the kitchen effortlessly connects the two living areas. The family bathroom is spacious and stylishly renovated with a luxurious bath. All 3 bathrooms have showers.
The property offers two distinct outdoor retreats. The front deck, accessible from the primary living area and enhanced by a substantial wood heater, sets the tone. Meanwhile, the second outdoor expanse, linked to the second living and dining spaces, extends gracefully into the backyard.
Embracing a northern orientation, the back deck showcases an alfresco kitchen complete with a marble countertop and a gas stovetop. Nestled within an established vegetable garden, this area also accommodates a generous outdoor barbecue space.
Downstairs is a great entertaining area. This versatile space doubles as a games room, furnished with a table tennis setup and a double sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests. It is important to note that this bedroom/games room does not feature a lockable door.
Completing this level is an extra bathroom thoughtfully designated for guest use.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
