The stay includes a 1000 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment with an adjacent 570 Junior suite that connects through a foyer area in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Sorrento Tower. Living room, balcony and 2 full bathrooms. Access to Hotel facilities, and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate
Bed setup: The listing sleeps 8 guests comfortably between one king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the 1 bedroom unit, and 1 king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa in the junior suite. To accommodate a 9th guest a rollaway bed may be rented from the hotel for an additional cost of $60/ night plus tax.

Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $360 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $175/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $360.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.
Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
