This ocean view junior suite is located in the luxurious Sorrento tower in the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. The unit offers over 540 SF of interior space and a large outdoor balcony. The suite sleeps up to 4 people between the king size bed, a full size sleeper sofa bed and one rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel for an additional fee. Included is a kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini-refrigerator.
Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed, one full size sofa sleeper, and up to 1 extra rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel for an additional charge of $60/night plus tax.
Guests are entitled to all concierge services, two Lapis spa passes daily (spa entry only - other services are additional) gym, and all hotel amenities.
Please note hotel charges NOT included in the rate:
1. Hotel transient rental fee $16.52 plus tax
2. Hotel's mandatory check out cleaning service charge
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155+tax.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit).
The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs, wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.

HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.
