Summary: First the warm welcome from the staff at check-in, they got us checked in, and then gave us a rundown of a few things to see in Brugge, where to eat and what to avoid. The room was clean, huge in size, and quiet. Only downside was the mattress was a little bit hard. The front desk team were very amenable to our requests too.
