Summary: THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZANDILE FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING. SHE WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS. BOTH YOUR RECEPTION STAFF HAVE GREAT DECISION MAKING SKILLS.
