Finca Anita is located on the borders of Es Llombards and about 300 metres from the centre of the village. Es Llombards is a small country village in the South of the island which has kept much of its original rural charme and character. The village square is framed by cafés, restaurants and a bakery, two more restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine are nearby and there is also a small beer garden with upmarket food just around the corner. Shopping facilities, like supermarkets, pharmacies and boutiques are available in the neighbouring villages Ses Salines and Santanyi, just as a fine selection of restaurants and traditional bars.
Santanyi is a country village popular for its lovely old town, the colourful market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the elegant restaurants and trendy boutiques. The closest beach is Cala Llombards. This deep sandy bay has crystal clear waters perfect for schnorkelling and a beach restaurant complete with sun bed hire. Another highlight of this region is the Es Trenc beach with its Carribean feel. This beach is in approximately 10 minutes driving distance. For a casual sun downer or dinner with views of the sea and the idyllic fishing harbours, Cala Figuera or Colonia Sant Jordi are a good choice.
Finca Anita is a very pretty country house built on one floor and furnished to high standards. The living/dining area and the fully fitted kitchen are all open-plan and very comfortable. There are two twin bedrooms, the larger one of which has a bathroom en-suite with a shower cabin. The smaller one has a separate bathroom with shower cabin.
Please note: There is air-conditioning available in the living area and in the larger bedroom. The smaller bedroom with the separate bathroom has no air-conditioning. The bedrooms are rather small and have no space to set up a cot. Therefore, if need be, the cot needs to go into the living room.
Finca Anita offers a splendid garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation and a 7 x 4 meter pool with surrounding sun terraces. There is a nice, shady pergola along one side of the house with a dining table and adjoining BBQ-area.
There is enough space on the grounds to park one to two cars.
Children are welcome, one cot and a high chair are available free on request. The bedrooms are rather small and there is no possibility to set up a cot. If need be, it has to go into the living room.

Use of the air-conditioning is optional and will be charged with 19 € per day, minimum 5 nights, payable in cash on arrival.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.
Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added off peak season.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are incl. in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.
