Positive: A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Chiara was very friendly and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and a lovely large bathroom.

Negative: I was surprised when Chiara informed us we would have to pay extra if we wanted to use the second bedroom as I thought I had booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment. The shower/bath tap fitting was faulty so to run the shower the water also came out of the bath tap effecting the water pressure. This needs to be rectified. The breakfast that was included was not what we like to eat. Dry toast with jam, sweet biscuits and store-bought croissants. We ended up buying our own from a nearby supermarket.

Summary: Great location, clean and comfortable two bedroom large apartment.
