Our neighborhood is very vibrant with local Pittsburghers, we are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to downtown. Enjoy a local coffeeshop around the corner and friendly faces. Local restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
Our neighborhood is extremely walkable and the drive to downtown is a short trip over the 16th street bridge. The walk is about 15 minutes. There is free on street parking during your stay.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
