This brand new studio apartment has been purpose built for the Airbn'b market. It has been designed to replicate a modern hotel room at a fraction of the cost. Guests will enjoy a king size bed and a spacious and private bathroom. There is a smart television. Guests will also have access to the deck which boasts uninterrupted views of Lake Te Anua and the surrounding mountains. Free tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner
The Space:
This is a brand new property. No expense has been spared to provide our guests with a comfortable, clean and warm environment. The smart television provides guests to Netflix and other channel options. The view from the deck is stunning. Lake Te Anau and the mountains are right in front of you! There is a reserve across the quiet street that gives access to lakeside walking and cycle tracks and a flat walk into the township of Te Anau. Free parking is provided on site. Free WiFi provided. Please note this is a studio. We have provided a microwave and dishes at guests request but they will need to be washed in the laundry sink or the en-suite. For added safety we have a security camera in the car parking area.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy their own private space. The laundry is available to all guests and is located at the rear of the building. washing powder is provided. Trained pets welcome with a fee of $30. Please enquire if you have more than 2 guests as we can sometimes accomodate an extra guest on a floor mattress for a small fee.
The Neighborhood:
The home is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is 2.5km from the main centre of Te Anau. The walking and cycling tracks begin 20 metres from your door!

Please be respectful and keep noise to an acceptable level. This is a quiet family neighbourhood.
We have a strict NO parties, or smoking policy.
We provide some cutlery and crockery but this is like a hotel studio so any dishes will need to be washed in the basin or laundry.
If you have booked for a third guest on a floor mattress please note it is a small space.
Please leave the studio as you found it. We will do linen and basic clean but extra cleaning and dirty dishes may incur extra charges. Much appreciated.
