The Farmhouse is a fantastic space in a location less than 5 miles from Bristol Airport and surrounded by numerous walks and pubs. It has 4-bedrooms, large open-plan kitchen/diner, games room and a patio area with seating and BBQ. It has its own off road car parking space. Burrington Village & Blagdon Village is in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Bristol, Bath, Wells and Weston-super-Mare are all easily accessible. We are just 5 mins from Coombe Lodge & Aldwick Court.

The farmhouse has been designed with your comfort in mind.
On the ground-floor you can find the games room , utility/boot room, living room with sofa bed, large open-plan kitchen/dining room and breakfast/reading conservatory.
On the 1st-floor we have 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a Hollywood mirror
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, chest of drawers and hanging space.
Bedroom 3/master has 2 twin beds, single day bed, chest of drawers, hanging space, Hollywood mirror and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 4 has a double and single bunk bed.
There is plenty of outside space with the house, there is a front enclosed garden, a large rear patio with table an BBQ.
The Neighborhood:
We are in a village with beautiful surrounding countryside.
There's fantastic walking, horse riding, mountain biking and within casting distance there's Blagdon Lake famous for trout fishing.
Getting Around:
You really need a car or a bike to explore the area if you're not a walker. You can't rely on public transport.
Other Things to Note:
Parties and events are not allowed.
Dogs are allowed in the house, but this is only downstairs and not in the front room.
