Summary: Pros: 1. It has great river views. Even the drive to get to the house has amazing river views. And it is almost 5 min drive from the beach. 2. Quick and easy check in. 3. The communication with the owners are quite straightforward. 4. Has enough beds and bedrooms for us to not feel cramped up and still have privacy. Cons: 1. The cleanliness could be improved i.e. quite dusty curtains and windowsills inside the master's bedroom and front room. Not too sure about the other rooms as my friend's family stayed there. 2. With 8 people, it felt cozy in the front room, kitchen and dining area. The balcony would have served us a bigger social space but, with young kids and infant, it's not recommended as there's no gate to block the stairs. If travelling with all adults no problem. :) 3. No wifi. But it's all good for my family because we are always out and about anyway. Overall, accessibility to the river, quiet street, ease of communication and transaction makes the stay worthwhile. Thanks for reading.
