Enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable getaway at this beautiful waterfront villa with incredible sunset views. Situated at the North end of the Roosevelt Bridge in Stuart with wide-water views of the St. Lucie River, this home beckons you to enjoy the outdoor Florida lifestyle. The spacious living room is equipped with a 72” flat screen TV and a comfy sofa adjoining to the large dining room table that seats 8 people. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and 3 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 2 downstairs), a pool table, a large fully-stocked kitchen, and a heated pool surrounded by a large fenced backyard. The pool does have a toddler fence if your party requires that safety precaution. Three patio lounge chairs, a shaded day bed, and two cushioned rockers make enjoying time poolside very comfortable for everyone in your party. The covered back porch has an outdoor kitchen area, a teak dining table that seats 6, as well a large grill for those summer cookouts.
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor featuring a Cali-King sized bed, a 65” TV and large bay windows overlooking the river. The adjoining master bath features an open-concept shower as well as an oversized bathtub. The house has a washer and dryer in the laundry room as well as a large two-car garage. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with beautiful river views as well. The first has a queen bed and the second has a king size bed, both with walk-in closets. The second-floor bedrooms share a full bathroom with a built in tub/shower and a convenient mini-fridge. There is also a lovely covered patio on the second floor with a table and 4 chairs. A great spot to enjoy happy hour and watch the sunset over the river.
Additional features in the home include a large industrial ice maker in the garage as well as beach chairs for guests to use if you want to head to the beach, which is only 15 minutes away by car. The long dock is a great spot to fish, or there are many local charter fishing boats available if there any anglers in your group. The house is a three-minute drive to historic downtown Stuart which is a hub of shopping, live music and fantastic restaurants.
