On the third floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: the primary suite with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, private fireplace, and private deck overlooking beautiful Philipsburg, plus a second bedroom with a double bed and twin bunk bed — perfect for families or kids. A second full bathroom is also located on this level.
The top floor includes a queen bedroom with a private half bath, a serene fireplace, and access to the rooftop sky lounge with TV and fireplace, and multiple seating areas (available during summer months only).
Extras: A Pack ’n Play is provided for families traveling with little ones.
Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. The road to The Perch is regularly plowed, but Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow between plows.
