Come & relax at this beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya. At the Grand Mayan, you'll have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a kitchen, living room, 3 TVs, 1 jacuzzi, 1 plunge pool, & a private terrace. This suite is on 1000 acres of paradise & is close to a beautiful private beach.
There are more than 15 modern bars & delicious restaurants on site with shuttles to help you get around as well as a golf course, lavish spa services, Riviera Maya’s resident Cirque du Soleil show JOYÀ, & the onsite Jungala Aqua Experience water park with an amazing lazy river! There are many beautiful places to spend your day relaxing by the water and there is also a mini-mart so you can grocery shop for things to cook. Shuttles are available to and from Playa del Carmen and taxis are available for wherever you would like to go. Housekeeping is included and the concierge desk is open 24 hours a day!
Nearby, you are close to Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and the Xcaret Group amusement parks. There are many things to do for everyone in the family/group as this suite is in a central place to all the excursions, tours, and things to do in the area.
This is not an all inclusive resort and they want to be cashless; however there are prepay options so you can charge to the room and the person. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! I want to make your stay as comfortable as possible!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-- As a member, I can call the resort and see if your selected dates are available. if possible, please confirm with me the dates of your trip before booking your flights to avoid confusion.
-- If you are not interested in the 2 BR 2 BA, I also have a 1BR 1 BA w/ kitchen that accommodates 4 people, or a studio suite that is good for 2-4 people. They all have a sofa bed in addition to the beds and they all have different prices, please let me know if you are interested in those instead.
-- Check Ins are only Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for 7 nights. Hotel will have a small environmental fee around 57.74 MXN.
-- Onsite PCR COVID testing available on site, but if you are vaccinated you do not need to have a test to return to US. There is an onsite medical clinic with a doctor present at all times.
-- Airport transport to the resort can be arranged with Vidanta for a fee.
-- Purified water throughout the resort & bottled water in the rooms will be included. Laundry services, urgent care, & currency exchange available at the resort
-- Minimart has ingredients for you to cook in the kitchen if you need it. There are shuttles on the resort grounds.
-- Jungala Water Park & Cirque du Soleil JOYA are on the resort grounds but you will need to buy tickets for that through the resort. There are also many activities planned throughout the resort for entertainment & an activities consultant on site to book excursions.
-- Internet is available throughout the resort.
-- There is no all inclusive option at the resort, but there are discount meal packages available periodically. Please contact me for more information.

- the breakfast buffet and fresh squeezed juices are so refreshing! they have a wide selection of Western and Latin options which has something for everyone, and I cannot stop raving about their waffles and pure maple syrup!
- I have been here 2 times and am planning a third trip to go try the water park! I heard the lazy river is amazing.
- the minimart is super convenient and the cashless room charge/prepay package really makes the Vidanta experience more fun.
