Our family beach house is perfect for families and larger groups! Located in Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores neighborhood of Narragansett with access to private narrow river beach and just a 10 minute drive to Narragansett beach. We've created a true home away from home complete with a family game room, A fully stocked eat in kitchen, and several amenities for families with children including a double stroller, pack n play, baby bath and children's room with toys! Weve also provided beach chairs, toys, towels, and linens! The house is newly renovated and professionally cleaned.
The space
Plenty of spaces to relax and play inside and out! A relaxed decor with thoughtful amenities to provide a true home away from home. Complete with everything from margarita glasses and a blender to a family game room with children's toys, television, board games and a foosball table. sliding door in the kitchen leads to a porch with a grill and outdoor seating overlooking the backyard lit with romantic lights.

Summary: The layout of the house (split ranch) was perfect for 2 families sharing. We each had our own spaces if we wanted time apart. The house is stocked with toys and books for the kids so we didn't have to bring anything to entertain them. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need to cook at home. I didn't look at what was in the shed but was told there was lots of beach gear available. All in all, a great house that went above our expectations. Thank you!
