Cute family-friendly cottage 50 ft from the water, with great views from the house. The lake is a hot spot for all kinds of water sports from boating, jet skiing, tubing, fishing, swimming, etc. Boat rental from nearby marinas is available and there is a boat launch just a couple of blocks away. You can tie up your boat at the shore. For your down time, watch movies and enjoy the peaceful scenery. The house is perfect for a long or short stay with all the amenities to make your lake vacation perfect. There are 2 bedrooms, but room for more guests if necessary and the kitchen can handle a small crowd! It has most appliances - coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor, mixer, crockpot, etc. The kitchen is stocked with basic needs like coffee, tea, spices, condiments, flour, sugar, etc. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent supplied as well. The deck is large with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter in the utility room) and gas grill. It is a relaxing setting overlooking the lake. Pets are welcome for a small fee. There is great fishing, boating and golf in the area, and numerous Arkansas attractions nearby including the Buffalo National River and the Ozark Folk Center.
