This comfortable detached holiday bungalow is located in a woodland setting (with red squirels and roe deer) on the fringe of the village. It is only 500 metres from the Spey Valley Golf and Country Club Leisure Complex. The property overlooks pine woods and is on the edge of a small cul-de-sac with a wild and wooded rear garden including a childs play house, portable BBQ and patio area with outdoor dining area / seating.
It is only a short walk from the river Spey and nearby 18 hole Championship & 9 hole golf courses. Nearby (1km) supermarket / pizza shop / bike hire. 500m to private club (fee payable) swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, jacuzzi and public restaurant and bar with seasonal entertainment. Local / ski bus stop 500m. Aviemore centre has a cinema, sports complex and extensive shops / restaurants / hotels and supermarkets within 15 min walk.
Nearby Inverness (30 miles) - the capital city of the Highlands, Loch Ness and the Whisky & Castle Trails are an easy 1/2 hour drive away.
It is a great location for exploring the area with free off road parking for two vehicles. Falcon Lodge is a no smoking property. Pets are accepted but must be kept to the living areas only (not bedrooms) with all pet waste being removed from garden. All sports equipment should be kept in the large lockable timber shed in garden. Please do not keep sports equipment in the house.
