Summary: Emailed when booked to find out Covid protocol. Answer was CDC guidelines for cleanliness. Checked in, food on master bedroom floor, used Kleenex too. We disinfected everything. No starter pack of paper products or dish soap, so be aware. No working ice maker. Some lights no work. Power went out ( no storm, but not mngr fault). No ability to call to report other than after hours mngr call. Next morning discovered fridge was out. Called and texted mngr. They brought ice and coolers but we had some ruined food. They said they would have man in to repair; could not repair during entire stay. Forgot to give us ice one night. Should have gotten us a loaner or a mini fridge the first day. We did get dinner certificates and a partial refund, but really should have been addressed better. Overall, property could be better. Walls throughout in serious need of painting and cleaning. Carpets should be deep cleaned and floors were not clean. No broom available. Towels were basic...shower liner was cloth and allowed water everywhere when showering. I will say kitchen was furnished great. Sofa and chairs could do with a steam clean. No hose downstairs to rinse off beach stuff. So sad this property had issues- could be a great place with some attention.
