This cozy cottage located in the mid-island area of Nantucket was completely renovated in the spring of 2018. The cottage has two bedrooms and a loft. It is ideal for 2 couples and/or a family of up to 5. Evergreen Escape is located less than a mile from the airport and is a few minutes drive to Nobadeer and Surfside Beach. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a stove with a gas cooktop were installed as well as a whole house Air Conditioning System! The cottage has a private back yard, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach and a gas grill for late afternoon or evening cookouts. The SONOS stereo system makes listing to music a breeze. Because the cottage is centrally located on the island, nothing is too far away but I highly recommend renting a car to make the most of what the island has to offer. *Please note that you need to climb a ships ladder to access the loft bedroom.
