Smoking and vaping are STRICTLY prohibited to maintain a healthy environment for all our guests. Any animals caught on the premises will result in a $200 Deep Cleaning fee.
Please rest assured that your safety is our priority. The property is under 24-hour surveillance, with one camera located at the front of the house.
To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all guests, we have a strict age restriction policy. Guests must be 25 years or older to book our home.
Upon arrival, you'll find our home equipped with a lockbox. You will receive check-in instructions with your personal lockbox code, eliminating the need to meet for a key.
Your well-being is of utmost importance, especially during these challenging times. After every guest checks out, our home undergoes a thorough cleaning and disinfection process using a COVID-19 disinfectant throughout every part of the home.
While we strive to provide a comfortable experience, unforeseen mechanical failures may occur with heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs, or amenities. In case of any issues, please promptly report them to us, and we will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Please note that no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or maintenance problems.
Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We strictly enforce these times to ensure sufficient time for proper sanitation and cleaning for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs, or amenities. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by a property management associate, a maintenance service professional will be dispatched.
NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE BP SHORT TERM RENTALS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. We will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.
