The villa is spread over 2 floors (125m2) and with its decoration and equipment it offers all the benefits of modern life surrounded by nature and a beautiful landscape.
On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed for two people, from where there is access to a terrace and a sundeck with a swimming pool, and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is an intimate area with three double bedrooms, two of which are double and one with separate beds and a large bathroom and separate toilet. Each room has a small balcony with a view of the yard and pool.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a large terrace with seating and a barbecue, a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a children's playground with swings.
