Positive: Rafa is extremely helpful!

Negative: Communication could have been better. After registering online I heard nothing and had to call Rafa a couple of times who was very helpful. It would be better if they just send you an email after registering to describe the process which is that you get an email the day before you arrive with a code for the lockbox that has your key. By coincidence Rafa was there when I arrived and just gave me the keys. Great location and Rafa is a very friendly and helpful host.
