Summary: Great, beautiful location but poorly maintained, apartments need a lot of work, dirty, old pots and pans, sand mixed with the water actually came out of pipes in bathroom, AC filters filthy, overhead fan dirty, old worn out furniture. Could be an amazing property with some TLC & hard work. Can’t beat the location, parking and safety
