Summary: Located in good area for being able to walk to beach or short drive to downtown Newport. House was clean, check in easy and owner responsive with any issues that came up. Just a few items would have been helpful such as sharper knives in kitchen, a hair dryer, more large bath towels, and some basic cleaning supplies such as counter cleaner, windex, bathroom toilet cleaner, etc. Driveway could use something as gravel has uneven surfaces for driving and walking, especially at night. Also porch light did not work. Overall very good visit and would definitely rent again.
