The Space:
The Apartment was created with the assistance of a local Interior Designer whose brief was to create the perfect space for romantic breaks, two friends sharing or even someone away on business requiring a home away from home.
The Main Living/Bedroom space has a Super King Size Zip and Link Bed, which can be divided to form 2x Single Beds if required.
The room is furnished to a very high standard and includes a Wardrobe with hanging space, open shelves and a large drawer, and a matching Dressing Table with a wall mounted mirror. There is a large table with 2x chairs in the bay window space to eat and/or work. There is also a 2-Seater Sofa at the other end of the room with two small Coffee Tables and a Floor Lamp.
Should you wish to stay in and take a break from going out, there is a stunning 55” Wall Mounted Sky Glass TV with access to many of the main streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Apple TV+ and more to provide plenty for your entertainment.
Also included with this Holiday Home is Complimentary Hi-Speed Wi-Fi.
The large and fully equipped Kitchen includes everything you will need and more, making staying in to eat as pleasurable as going out.
On road parking is available outside the Apartment and close side roads on a first come first serve basis and there is a small pay and display car park just 3 minutes walk from the Apartment.
This is a Lower Ground Floor Studio Apartment with one flight of stairs going down and it shares a communal hallway with just 3 other Apartments.
The Neighborhood:
Set in a sought after position, close to Cliff top walks and miles of golden sandy beaches and promenade stretching in both directions, in one to Bournemouth and beyond and in the other to the famous Sandbanks.
The vibrant village of Westbourne which offers an eclectic mix of café bars, restaurants and boutique shops together with the usual high street names such as Marks & Spencer food hall is close to hand, as is Bournemouth Town Centre which is also within walking distance, and where you can enjoy a whole range of shopping and leisure pursuits.
Bournemouth Pier is only a short walk away, as is The Oceanarium and the BIC.
