Summary: The property and the location are amazing, however we did have two issues with our stay. First we could not get the internet to connect despite trying for two days. Second, there was no fuel for the bbq. The gas line lead to a tank pad with no tank. While these may not be important issues for some people, there were big issues for us.We understand that issues happen, and we adapted, but it was the way the owner responded to our requests for support that we took issue with. The owner took no responsibility for the issues, claiming that "the wrong thing was delivered" or "well, it works for us". Their tone was both dismissive and condescending. We hoped they would meet us in the middle, and requested a one night refund of our stay. We felt this was a reasonable request, but instead were refunded only 100. Communication with the owner was the real issue with our experience, and is the reason for the lower review.
