Summary: We were given the wrong instructions to check into the suite were assigned. Had to wait for someone to come from off-site. No one at the apartment even though it was listed that they were there from 0900-1800. No hot water, when we asked they were surprised and offered us to let us shower in another unit, but could not wait and left.
