This 7 bedroom / 6 bathroom home is in the Miramar Beach community of Frangista Beach and offers direct beach access, a private pool with optional heating, and panoramic gulf-front views from 2 balconies and 3 King bedroom suites. This home is perfect to accommodate your next large gathering and treat your guests to the glistening, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in style.
The first floor hosts the gulf-front pool, dining & living rooms, kitchen, two bunk rooms, laundry room, and a full bath. Upon entering the front door, you will be in awe of the breathtaking views with modern tile floors, 11 foot high ceilings, Gulf views, and an open floor plan. The dining room features modern chandelier lighting and provides seating for 16 at two tables. A waterfall granite countertop by the kitchen provides additional seating for 4. Two sofa tables add another 6 table seats for comfort and convenience. Enjoy a movie on the 86” smart TV in the living room or lounge on the comfortable Lovesac couch while taking in the Gulf views and reminiscing about your day at the beach.
