Summary: Right after we checked they were trying to sell their travel club which caused my family and I to miss lunch. They were so focus and making a sale that us wanting lunch seemed not to matter. Worse way to start our vacation. Also they went over the 90 minute presentation the following day by 45 minutes. When I brought it to their attention and that I was meeting my sons for lunch they proceeded to still try and sell me the travel club package like me having lunch with my sons didn't matter. I will never vacation at one of their properties ever again.
