Built in 1914, it retains an elegance of days past yet is complete with all the comforts of a modern home, not least because its owners have renovated nearly every room over the course of the past 27 years. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen that features soapstone countertops and a Carrera marble backsplash. It is conveniently located on a tree lined street, just a short walk from downtown in the Garden District, one of Coeur d'Alene historic neighborhoods. Very well-furnished and full of amenities, it has everything you could possibly ask for, from curved flat screen TV to a grand piano, not to mention the spacious yards. It has been a favorite of Ironman competitors for twenty years and is ideal for special occasions.

Summary: Had a great time visiting and staying at this property. It’s in a lovely neighborhood and is a beautiful historic home. The owners live here so they are well stocked with everything you’d need for an extended stay. It’s a fairly close walk to the downtown area and beach locations. We love the park for the kids to play and Sanders beach. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Thanks for everything!
