Le domaine se trouve sur la commune du Vauclin en Martinique. Il se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel et dispose d'un vaste terrain vous garantissant une véritable intimité durant le séjour. Le domaine se compose de deux locations saisonnière : un cottage de deux chambres ainsi qu'une villa de trois chambres. Chaque location dispose d'une piscine.
Le cottage dispose d'une capacité de 4 voyageurs. Il se compose d'un espace salon avec une table à manger pour 4 personnes. De part et d'autre de ce salon se trouve les deux chambres double climatisées. A l'intérieur du cottage se trouvent également un WC indépendant ainsi qu'une salle de bain avec douche et WC, double vasque. A l'extérieur, une terrasse couverte se compose d'une cuisine extérieure ainsi que d'un coin salon avec mobilier de jardin (canapé et fauteuils). Dans le prolongement de cet espace se trouve un terrasse (non couverte) avec un bac à punch ( 3m * 4m) ainsi qu'un espace pour bronzer (2 transats).
La villa est agencée sur deux niveaux. En rez de chaussée se trouve la cuisine, le salon ainsi que deux chambres avec une salle de bain ( douche et WC). A l'atge se trouve une troisième chambre avec lit double et salle de bain ( douche et WC). Toutes les chambres sont climatisées. Un carbet aménagé ainsi qu'une belle piscine bordée de palmiers viennent compléter les aménagements du site.
Un grand jardin invite à la détente. Le domaine est encadré d'un bel espace arboré avec en contrebas un étang bordé de bananeraies.
Le bourg du Vauclin se trouve à 5 minutes de voiture. Vous y trouverez toutes les commodités (essence, banque, pharmacie, boulangerie, supérette...). Le marché aux poissons en front de mer est bien achalandé, à ne pas manquer pour vos barbecues !
La plage la plus proche est celle de la pointe faula. Vous y trouverez une base nautique proposant des cours de kitesurf et de la location de matériel ainsi que plusieurs restaurants de plage. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent également à la marina du marin (environ 20 minutes de voiture)
Les plages du sud sont accessibles en environ 30 minutes (plage des salines, pointe marin,anse michel, cap macré, anse grosse roche...)

Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of DUCOS / MARIN and carry on until the next way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN / HIPPODROME and take it. Then, at the first roundabout, turn left (direction LAMENTIN / FORT DE FRANCE / FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN). At the next round about (just after the bridge) take the second way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN. Follow the road (direction of FRANCOIS). When arriving in le FRANCOIS, at the first roundabout take the way out towards LE VAUCLIN. Keep driving until you reach LE VAUCLIN.
Before arriving at the center of VAUCLIN city, you’ll see a roundabout (a little tip to recognize the roundabout: there are some big sculpted fishes in the middle for decoration). At this roundabout, go straight. After the gas station Esso (on your left), turn right towards RIVIERE PILOTE / ST ESPRIT / STADE DU VAUCLIN.

The gate of the residential area might be closed, in that case use the pin code 2738A. Follow the road and turn on the first path on your right, the villa is on your right at the bottom of the hill. The gate code is 1803A.
