Positive: The location of the home is wonderful.
Negative: The cleanliness of the home was a bit disappointing :( . Also regulating the Temps between downstairs and upstairs was really stressful. The upper level gets extremely hot during the day so sleeping comfortably up there at night means freezing out the downstairs area during the day and turning on fans etc to try to keep it descent at night. Bugs and mold growth in the showers. Dirty cabinets in the kitchen, along with dirty cooking utensils. Garbage left behind from previous customers. Front door extremely h a rd to open. The deck is in bad shape and dangerous to walk on. Look down and don't trip! Be sure to bring coffee. There will be a coffee machine with no coffee. Empty detergent containers in the closet for the washer. Be sure to bring your own if you want to wash anything. Spiders came up from the sinks when we first got to the home so be sure to run hot water down the drains for the first few minutes when you get to the location. Stains on the carpeting downstairs were disappointing.
