The nearest beach access is 0.7 of a mile walk under the Indian River Bridge to the ocean.
This retreat boasts not one, but five balconies with incredible views of the water from every angle! Sit out and watch the boats on Rehoboth Bay with a cold summer beverage. The open-concept space allows the entire family to lounge about with ease. The living area is filled with natural light and hosts comfortable sofas and a large TV. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with delicious meals cooked with the newly updated stainless steel kitchen appliances. Each bedroom is located on its own level and comes with its own bathroom (all updated in 2022) for convenience and privacy.

There are many stairways to each level of this townhouse with no elevator. Please keep the stairs in mind when you book this great vacation property.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental; however, beds are not made in advance of guest stays.
Boats cannot be parked at the property. HOA does not allow boat parking and items may be towed.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
