Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Easy location close to highway for travel around Utah. Beautifully refurbished mid-century modern split-level home with some very nice design and homey touches. Very large back yard with in-ground trampoline and spa bath, combined with two large smart TVs and a fuseball table in the downstairs play room plus the giant lego and kids games/books etc kept our whole family of all ages entertained. The large washer dryer combo was fantastic for our family so we didn't have to take home any laundry. The kitchen is well equipped with a slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, etc - the eat in kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The property managers are very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood might not be as flash as neighbouring suburbs but the street was wonderfully quiet and totally safe. We absolutely loved our stay and if we ever come back we will certainly look to stay here again. My kids loved their beds - and doing the dishes coz there isn't a dishwasher.
Negative: The smart lock on the front door was a bit confusing (there is a video for how to unlock it but not one on how to lock it, it's supposed to just lock itself but it didn't seem to be doing that all the time - the neighbourhood was safe though so it didn't matter). Some light switches aren't in expected places. The main light in the lounge wasn't working but we didn't worry about reporting it as the lamps were bright enough. Beds were actually fine - we slept well. Utility room was a little dusty as well as some places in between the double windows.
Summary: Great for families if you are not overly fussed about minor things
