Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this home overall! The property was conveniently-located and clean, the outdoor space was lovely, and we appreciated the provided amenities like extra towels. However, we were disappointed to discover the pool was not heated during our February stay, despite the listing description. We later learned that pool heating requires a 72-hour advance request and incurs a daily fee. This information was not clear in the description prior to booking, and had we known, we would have considered a different property. Clearer communication/advertising about this policy would have been appreciated.
