Positive: I stayed here 2 years ago and liked it so I decided to return. I like the location, just minutes walk from the beach and the Central Bar where I had my cappuccino in the morning. I love the rooftop terrace with sun from early morning to 7:00pm, this terrace have a sun shade which I liked. The kitchen even had a MOKKA pot, where I made my morning coffee, when I was too lazy for heading to the Central Bar. The toilet with shower is clean and decent. It is not a noisy location, just some noise from cars/moto bikes/people passing by on the local street and after dark it is quiet, it feels like I have the house for myself, no loud neighbors/noisy bars around, just a quiet residential area.
Negative: The WIFI on rooftop terrace was a bit weak streaming music, but if I put my cellphone by the spiral staircase and connected to my Ipod:s via Bluetooth I got uninterrupted music stream on the terrace. A shelf under the mirror in the toilet would have been great, to put all the toilet stuff on.
Summary: I got good value for the money I paid.
