Positive: The apartment was fully equipped and the large bookshelf was an additional delight! Had fun looking through books. Location was excellent. Couldn't get any better. We know that previous reviewers had said that the chime from the clock tower kept them up, but it didn't bother us (3 adults).

Negative: While cursory maintenance is okay, there are things that could use a more thorough clean and examination: 1. The remote for the main TV in the living room had no batteries. 2. The wifi password was wrong. We couldn't access it all weekend and host was non-responsive. 3. Fan in the bathroom stopped working halfway through our stay. 4. Kitchen counter was sticky from not being thoroughly cleaned in the past. 5. One powerpoint in the living room didn't work.

Summary: Great value. We would stay here again
