Positive: The entire hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. Although there was a private party at the hotel restaurant during our stay, they went out of their way to prepare a meal for our family which they delivered to our room.

Summary: A charming, very special hotel with an exceptional staff. Strongly recommend.
