This 3-story Key West-style home is the perfect beach house for a large group! The first level of this home has a large game room that walks out to the beautiful outdoor pool! Level 2 includes the kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and balcony off the front of the home. Also included on the 2nd level are the master bedroom and master bath. Level 3 offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a sitting area. The backyard oasis boasts a screened-in heated pool with a cozy pool seating area (no hot tub/no jets), a fenced-in yard, a large deck off of the 2nd story, and a covered patio on the bottom level, perfect for evening barbeques and family fun. Close by you'll find the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of America, Pinellas Trail, Wall Springs Park, and the Crystal Beach Pier.

"The home is situated in a really quiet neighborhood and has plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own space for a little bit when needed. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was great - they have a book filled with information on the area if you're in need of something to do. Very close to a Publix and a great little ice cream shop down the street"

"Lots of space for our family of 7 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed all the activities the home offered. The host was very responsive. Check-in was very easy and convenient. There were a lot of surrounding restaurants and dessert spots to choose from. Down the street, within walking distance, was a food shack called Dairy Rich - amazing food and desserts! It was about 30 minutes away from Clearwater Beach. Overall we enjoyed our experience."
