This quiet and cozy two-story townhouse is near Casinos, Walgreens, Albertsons (Groceries), Restaurants and the nicest park in Lake Charles (Prien Lake Park).
BEDROOMS:
Enjoy 3 bedrooms, each with a Closet, Ceiling Fans, Blackout curtains for a good night sleep and Wall-mounted Space Heaters for those cold winter nights.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and Bathroom inside. The second Bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third Bedroom has a Full size bed. There is a 2nd full Bathroom down the Hallway. that can be shared by Bedrooms 2 & 3. The house has 2 1/2 Bathrooms total. The half bath is conveniently located in the living area on the bottom floor.
KITCHEN:
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a Refrigerator and Fridge with Ice Maker, Coffee Maker (12 cups) a Toaster Oven, Microwave, Range with Oven and utensils to prepare meals (Pots, Pans, Cooking Knives, Cutting Boards, etc.). The kitchen Sink has a second faucet built-in the main faucet that provides filtered drinking water. There is a middle Island to prepare meals easily and that can also be used as a small breakfast bar with the included barstools.
DINING & LIVING:
The Dining/Living area has a table for six to share meals easy. There is an L-shaped couch accompanied by a blanket and coffee table to make it easy to have snacks or drinks while watching a movie or game.
LAUNDRY:
The Laundry room is equipped with a full-size Washer and Dryer with hanging space and a Laundry basket for added convenience. In here you will also find a Broom, Dustpan and Mop should you need it.
PARKING:
There is a two car Carport that is covered, this makes access to the house convenient on rainy days. The entire parking area can accommodate up-to 4 vehicles.
OTHER AMENITIES:
- There is an available baby/toddler Gate for the stairs "upon request".
- There is a Tricycle in the carport that can be used to ride around the subdivision or to the park. It has a basket to carry small items. (The pump for the tires is located in the Laundry room).
- There is a fully fenced small yard, convenient to let children play without having to worry about cars.
- All TVs are equipped with Roku TV and will allow you to use your credentials for Streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney and others just like if you were at home. (All credentials and personal information will be deleted when checking out, just like it would in a Hotel).
- There is available seating area outside in the carport that makes it convenient to enjoy an afternoon coffee or tea or watch the children play in the fenced yard.
