Full size appliances, double sink, kitchen island, spacious amount of cabinets, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware included, multicolor fireplace, main sliding glass door with second entrance. Plenty of windows allowing for abundant amount of natural light. Central air and heat. BBQ, outdoor lounging area with dining table and umbrella. Double cleared lot with storage shed, firepit, large front deck to entertain. Close/walk to clubhouse, 2 pools , 1 kiddie pool, playground, arcade, sports court, baseball field, restaurant/snack shack/bar. Small pond in community with fishing.
