The home is fully equipped for a great stay: kitchen/cooking utensils, one HD smart TV with Amazon Prime, fresh linens and beach towels. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances. The unit includes off street parking.
Boat Launch is 4 minutes away by car for kayaks and paddle boarding fanatics. Beach can be easily reached in 8 min drive down Broadway and left on Lake Road to the park.
Broadway holds the Black River Fest every weekend in summer for live music on Fridays and Saturdays for under $10. There are lots of bars and restaurants you'll want to try on this charming old Charleston block. Even a speak easy called Speak of the Devil where you will find fancy drinks and jazz or blues music playing in the back ground. Of course you may wish to catch a show at our newly renovated Palace Theater too!
