Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom cottage in Ventnor. The unit was recently remodeled and redecorated with lots of beachy charm. It is two stories and features a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dining table, living room, and a desk/workstation. In addition to the two queen beds there is also a pull out couch. This unit is located at the rear of the property giving you access to a spacious backyard, outdoor dining area, and BBQ.
When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.
The $20 charge listed as “Damage Protection” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
